Refund Policy

McQuigg Handyman Services takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and professional service on every project. Due to the nature of handyman and home improvement work, refunds are not offered as a standard practice.

All services are considered final once completed. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind our craftsmanship. If a concern arises related to the quality of our work, we ask that clients notify us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to assess the issue and correct workmanship-related concerns when applicable.

Any consideration of a refund is handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of McQuigg Handyman Services, and only after an opportunity has been given to address or remedy the issue. Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, scope changes after work has begun, or issues unrelated to the workmanship performed.
